Ready or Not...

Don't know if it's a Monday thing, but we don't peform well on the opening day of the week. This is a habit we're going to have to distance ourselves fromm.

It was a good thing the TRS Hitting Indians didn't have a game today, as well struggled through parts of our intersquad practice today.

Mental Mistakes. Physical Mistakes. We made both.

The bad news is it felt like a struggle trying to make any progress today. The good news - it wasn't game day. The other good news is - we really ripped the ball today. After our 13 hit barrage out at Jackson, the momentum at the plate continued.

It turned out it was a good day for practice as TR East took on and put a lot of crooked numbers up against Brick - we take on the Raiders tomorrow. Hopefully we won't see that tomorrow. I know a few pitchers and defenders that are gonna try do something to prevent that.

Teacher Dr. Jeff Schenker, a recent doctoral recipient at Drew University, will be our honorary captain tomorrow for the 3:45 p.m. contest.
