First Scrimmage

TR South 5, Freehold Twp 0 - Good opening scrimmage for the Indians as the defending Ocean County Champs took the defending Monmouth County Champs. 

Seven pitchers each worked one inning for the shutout.  Rich Gabriel, Eric Hall, Connor Kaden, Tyler Kapp, Chris McKenna, Kyle Fox and Andrew McGee held the Patriots to four hits and allowed just one walk as they kept the Indians defense on its toes.

Dave Egeland had two hits, Kyle Perry an RBI single and Dan Slavin had two hits and two RBIs for South, which takes on St. Rose tomorrow at 3:45 p.m.

Greetings TR South baseball fans, alumni and supporters - I will try to keep things updated here this season.

We got underway over the weekend and practice has been going well.
